Thomas M. H. Kappner, 78, passed away on Friday September 16, 2022. Tom was born in Shanghai, China, where his father had fled from Nazi Germany. The family moved to Latin America, and Tom grew up living in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil and Mexico. He spoke English, Spanish, German and Portuguese.  more
