BEACH LAKE, PA — The Delaware Highlands Conservancy will hold a memorial bench dedication and reception in memory of Ed Wesely, its friend and founding member, on Saturday, October 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Van Scott Nature Reserve, 571 Perkins Pond Rd.

Ed’s Bench has been placed along the Butterfly Trail at the nature reserve. It is surrounded by meadows of milkweed and native wildflowers, in recognition of Ed’s devotion to monarch butterfly conservation.
