The weather is finally getting warmer, and I for one cannot wait to get outdoors. It has been a long, icy winter and the sunshine sure does feel good. The Sullivan Catskills has so many things to do in warmer weather from river trips, hiking and fishing to antiquing, wine/beer tasting and more.

The Cochecton Youth Commission is hosting a make-your-own-pizza event on Saturday, April 30 at 12:30 p.m. at the Lakeview Pizzeria in Lake Huntington. Signups for this event will be on Tuesday, April 5, from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., and take place on the lower level of the Cochecton Town Hall. If you have any questions, text Val at 570/493-7882. Join the Easter Bunny and the Cochecton’s Men Club at the annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 16 at 1 p.m. at the Cochecton’s Men’s sports complex.
Enrollment is now open for River Rep Arts Center’s spring classes for youth and adults, which start on April 3. River Rep Arts Center is located in Callicoon, NY. Some of the classes the group is offering are youth acting, acting for teens, acting for adults, dance basics and creative exploration, tai chi and more.
