DAMASCUS, PA — For the sixth year, the Damascus Manor United Methodist Church will light up Route 371 in the Damascus area on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24.
All are invited to drive past the beautiful luminaries—but you can be part of the tradition too.
For a $5 donation per name, you can sponsor a luminary in the name of a friend or loved one—or simply give to a good cause.
The donation sheet is attached. Just note the name of the person you’d like to honor and include a check made payable to the Damascus Manor UM Church, sent to the address below. Put “Luminaries” in the memo.
All sponsor sheets and full payment are due by Sunday, December 3.

If the weather is inclement, the rain/snow date for the placing of the luminaries will be Sunday, December 31.
In addition, all are welcome to the Christmas Eve service at the Damascus Manor UM Church at 7 p.m. on Sunday, December 24.
