CALLICOON, NY — The final session of the Western Sullivan Public Library’s author series will take place on Friday, December 1, beginning with an open-mic session for all at 6:15 p.m. Award-winning poet Jeffrey McDaniel takes over at 7:30 p.m. with a reading from his works. Local featured writers will also appear.
McDaniel is the author of seven books of poetry, most recently “Thin Ice Olympics” in 2022.
He teaches at Sarah Lawrence College.
Also appearing are local writers John Hoppenthaler and Callison Stratton.
