HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

Christopher Yattaw, age 47, of Damascus, PA was sentenced to no less than 2
months nor more than 12 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional facility on one
count of Manufacture of Controlled Substance (F).

Lester Lutz, age 52, of Carbondale, PA was sentenced to no less than 9 months nor more than
23 ½ month incarcerated in the Wayne Count Correctional Facility on one count of Obstructing
the Administration of Law -Failure to Register under Megan’s Law(M2).

Patrick Bellino, age 41, of Scranton, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on
one count of Unsworn Falsification to Authorities (M2).

David Skorec, age 41, was placed on probation for a period of 18 months on one count of Flight
to Avoid Apprehension, Trial, or Punishment (M2) and one count of Evading Arrest or Detention
on foot (M2).

Frank LaLima. Age 29, Of Levittown, PA was sentenced to no more than 9 months nor more
than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count Simple
Assault (M2) and one count of Strangulation (M2).

Bradley Swasey, age 21, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to a no less than 11 months nor more
than 23 1/3 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of
Criminal Trespass (F2), one count of Possession of Methamphetamine (M) and one count of
Institutional Vandalism (M2).

Angel Hernandez, age 22, of Selden, NY, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on
one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2).

Robert Stout, age 59, Honesdale, PA was sentenced to 136 days to 18 months incarcerated in
the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of False identification to Law Enforcement
(M3), one count of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended/Revoked (S) and one count
of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M).
