The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is offering a $5,000 reward for information regarding the whereabouts of Matthew M. Russo, age 36, of Monticello, NY. Russo was last seen on Father’s Day, June 18, 2023, leaving the emergency room of Garnet Hospital in Harris, NY. He is described as a male white, 5’10”, 145 lbs, with hazel eyes and blonde hair. He was wearing a black shirt, blue jean shorts and black Nike sneakers.
