MILFORD, PA— Pike County District Attorney Raymond J. Tonkin announced the following
criminal sentences were issued by Pike County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Gregory Chelak:
Maryann Cusie, age 62, of Lords Valley, PA, was sentenced to 12 months of
probation and fined $500.00 for the crime of Retail Theft. The state police investigated
the retail theft of a business located in Blooming Grove Township where Cusie under-
rung purchases at the self-checkout between November 15, 2021, and January 27, 2022,
causing a loss to the store in the amount of $326.75.
Kimberly A. Reno, age 52, of Milford, PA, was sentenced to 6 months of
probation and fined $500.00 for the crime of Theft of Property Lost, Mislaid, or
Delivered by Mistake. Reno encountered an unattended purse at a retail store in Westfall
Township and took the wallet containing $925.00 in U.S. currency and then turned the
purse into customer service without the wallet on January 12, 2023.
Rebekah Lee Koellner, age 35, of Bushkill, PA, was sentenced to 3 months to 18
months in the Pike County Jail and fined $500.00 for the crime of Endangering the
Welfare of Children. The state police responded to Decker Road in Lehman Township
on May 2, 2022, where Koellner’s minor child was found barefoot and dirty wandering
on the heavily traveled roadway. When contact was made with Koellner, she was
observed to have bloodshot eyes and sweating profusely with an odor of Marihuana
emanating from the home. Koellner was unaware that the child was missing. Koellner
admitted to using Methamphetamine and Marihuana within the prior 24 hours.
Hypodermic needles were observed within reach of the children.
