PIKE COUNTY, PA — County District Attorney's Office, conducted two search warrants at residences associated with LATIMER and URBAN. The search warrants stem from a month's long investigation where controlled drug purchases were conducted out of an advertised marijuana/psilocybin mushroom "shop" that was being operated out of an attached garage, by an undercover Trooper. During the execution of the warrants, URBAN and LATIMER were taken into custody.

As a result of the search warrants, approximately (3) ounces of cocaine (76 grams), approximately 70 pounds of processed marijuana, over 2,000 THC infused products, 10 ounces of psilocybin and psychedelic products, approximately $12,000 in U.S. Currency, two (2) handguns, one (1) shotgun and hundreds of drug paraphernalia were seized. URBAN was charged with a prior Felony drug sale, Felony - Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Psilocybin mushrooms and cocaine, Persons Not to Possess a Firearm as well as misdemeanor drug charges. LATIMER was charged with a prior Felony drug sale, Felony - Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Psilocybin mushrooms and cocaine as well as misdemeanor drug charges. 

Both LATIMER and URBAN were lodged in Pike County Correctional Facility as a result.
