NARROWSBURG, NY — Despite the rain, Main Street was buzzing with activity during the ninth annual Honey Bee Fest on September 23. Joan Santo, pictured here, one of the founders of the festival, was all smiles as festivalgoers, dressed for the weather and the occasion with raincoats, umbrellas and all things bees, sampled the food, danced to the music and shared many a bee pun.
This is the first of three back-to-back festivals, with the Big Eddy Film Festival coming to town on September 28 to October 1, followed by Logging Days on October 7. Check out welcometonarrowsburg.org for more and check out the Where and When events calendar beginning on page 20.
