LIBERTY, NY — Liberty Central School District (LCSD) staff will be looking for redemption against the Liberty Police Department (LPD) in the second annual LPD vs LCSD basketball game on Thursday, November 9, in the Liberty High School gymnasium. LPD came back from a deficit to win last year.
Doors will open at 3:30 p.m. with the game starting at 4 p.m. sharp. Entry cost is $2 for students and $5 for adults. No advance tickets will be sold.
Concessions will be sold by the junior class. Refreshments are not allowed in the gymnasium.
The Liberty Athletics Booster Club and Athletics Department will also take orders for game T-shirts ($20) and hoodies ($30). All proceeds go to senior scholarships and end-of-year athletic celebrations. Order forms are available online at https://tinyurl.com/3hyuftmt.
