HONESDALE, PA — Judge Matthew L. Meagher was sworn into the Court of Common Pleas of the 22nd Judicial District on Tuesday, December 28. The Honorable Judge Janine Edwards administered the oath of office to Meagher at the Wayne County Courthouse in Honesdale.
