HONESDALE, PA —Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

BAMBI RAVANNA KEARNS, age 40, of Newfoundland, PA was sentenced to a period of 6 months to 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Hindering Apprehension/Prosecution (M2), one count of DUI (M), one count of Driving While Operating privilege is Suspended/Revoked(S), one count of Possession of Controlled Substances (M), and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). 

TOMMY LEE WIETRY, age 33, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to 9 months to 36 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Simple Assault (M2) and one count of Criminal Mischief (M3).

ROBERT WILKINSON, age 29, of Lake Ariel, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Retail Theft-Under-Ring Sales (M1).

MATTHEW BINGHAM, age 31, of Callicoon, NY was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of DUI: Controlled Substance Schedule 2 or 3 (M) and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). 

BRUCE BRADLEY, age 41, of Scranton, PA was sentenced to 3 months to 12 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Simple Assault (M2), one count of Disorderly Conduct- Engage in Fighting (M3) and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked- 2nd Offense (S).

CHRISTOPHER JAMES NELSON, age 39, of Honesdale PA, was sentenced to 3 months (time served) to 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Simple Assault (M2).

SCOTT MONTORO, age 51, of Gouldsboro, PA was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear in court.

THOMAS ROBERT SWENDSEN, age 39, of Carbondale, PA was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear in court.
