HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

JOSEPH TETKOSKI, age 59, of Northern Cambria, PA, was sentenced to 9 months to 23½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Terroristic Threats- Violent Crime with Intent to Terrorize (M1) and one count of Simple Assault- Physical Menace (M2). 

KAINE LUPINSKI, age 22, of Honesdale, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

MICHAEL CONKLIN, age 51, of Lackawaxen, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 6 months on one count of Retail Theft. 

NATASHA GUTIERREZ, age 27, of Honesdale, PA, was found to be in violation of her parole and was sentenced to be remanded in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for 90 days.
