HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court: 

ANDREW BELLINO, age 30, of Honesdale PA, was sentenced to the Intermediate  Punishment Program for a period of 2 years, including 90 days of house arrest through the SCRAM program, for one count of Simple Assault (M2). He was also ordered to pay  the costs of prosecution, undergo a mental health evaluation, and maintain employment while on probation or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. The incident occurred July 25, 2022 in Honesdale Borough. 

MICHAEL LOTURCO, age 60, of Orangeburg NY, was sentenced to 6 months probation for one count DUI (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a  $300 fine, participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his assessment, and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program.  The incident occurred on June 2, 2021 in Sterling Township. 

JACOB CORBIN SCHUMACHER, age 24, of Honesdale PA, was sentenced to not less than 9 days nor more than 23 ½ months incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional  Facility for one count Forgery (F3). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution,  pay restitution in the amount of $2,284.45, undergo a mental health evaluation, and continue services with the Wayne County Drug and Alcohol Commission’s Recovery  Support. The incidents occurred between January 18, 2022 and February 22, 2022 in  Cherry Ridge Township. 

LAWRENCE W. MULLALLY, age 67, of Beach Lake PA, was sentenced to 6 months probation for one count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). He was also ordered to  pay the costs of prosecution and pay a $500.00 fine. The incident occurred August 16,  2022 in Damascus Township. 

GARY LEE CHRISTMAN JR., age 39, of Lake Ariel PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for  failure to appear in court.
