HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

Anthony Venticinque, age 44, of Scranton, PA, was sentenced to no less than 6 months nor more than 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Criminal Trespass-Enter Structure.

Jonathan Miller, age 25, of Damascus, PA, was placed on probation for a period of three months on one count of Summary Harassment.

Daniel Krouse, age 33, of Lakeville, PA, was sentenced to 4 days to 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Resisting Arrest, one count of Simple Assault, one count of Defiant Trespass and one count of Open Lewdness.

Gina Lecce, age 57, of Hawley, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person and one count of DUI. 

Joshua Williams, age 28, of Collegeville, PA, was sentenced to no less than 12 months nor more than 24 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Simple Assault.

Ethan Riggs, age 21, of Garfield, NM, was sentenced to no less than 4 months nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Endangering the Welfare of Children. 

Jhon Fernier-Perez, age 32, of Scranton, PA, was sentenced to no less than 28 days nor more than 12 incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Criminal Mischief and one count of Simple Assault.
