According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the District Attorney’s Office received a report through Childline regarding inappropriate contact by a school bus driver toward a student in the East Stroudsburg Area North High School. The charges involve Ludwig contacting the student through Snapchat social media app and having indecent contact with the student. The affidavit states detectives found evidence of Ludwig sending messages to the student regarding sex toys, and sexual acts. It was also discovered that Ludwig was transferring money through CashApp to the student.
