HONESDALE, PA — Joti the Milkmaid, Kimberly the Rat Catcher and more emerged victorious in the Halloween costume contest held at the Cooperage.

The Wayne County Arts Alliance and The Cooperage Project collaborated on the 2023 Halloween Bash.

The winners were:

Snake Charmer Award (hottest costume)—Joti the Milkmaid

Conjoined Twins Award (best duo)—Andrew & Krissy, Little Shop of Horrors

Strongman Award (fiercest costume)—Dallas Demonica

Flea Circus Award (best group)—Tasha & Glenn as Cleopatra and Anubis

Al-a-Ga-Zam Award (Best Handmade costume)—Serenity the Forest Spirit

Clown Car Award (Funniest costume)—Alex and "Ken"

Nightmare Alley Award (Most terrifying costume)—Kimberly the Rat Catcher

Freak Show Award (most bizarre costume)—Anna

Show Stopper Award (best overall costume)—David with his head on a platter!
