NARROWSBURG, NY — Abandon the fourth wall, all who enter here. Yes, it’s the season of murder mysteries, but Dann McDorman has penned one with a metaphysical twist. It’s set in upstate New York and in the 1970s; detective Adam McAnnis is investigating a series of deaths at a hunting lodge. Soon enough the reader, too, is somehow involved in the plot.
McDorman will appear at One Grand Books for a boozy reading and signing at 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 9 to sign copies of his book. The store will offer a 10 percent discount on purchases of the book as well as all store purchases during the event.
The salon is free, and no reservations are required.
One Grand Books is located at 60 Main St.
