Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced arson charges filed

against Joseph Bardi, 52, of Lake Ariel PA.

In the complaint and affidavit of probable cause, it is alleged Bardi started a fire at

his home on April 24, 2022. His next court appearance will be Wednesday,

November 8, 2023 at the Wayne County Courthouse.
