The Center for Food Safety is an anti-GMO propaganda mill. Their ravings against glyphosate are unsubstantiated by science. And they have nothing to do with this article, which is about heme. The GRAS food additive, even if it’s derived from plants sprayed with glyphosate, doesn’t have a significant amount of glyphosate in it. This article should be edited to exclude the propaganda. Or at least include the scientific consensus that glyphosate residue on food is not a health risk. Those court cases are about people who apply the herbicide and we’re exposed to extremely high concentrations due to improper handling.
