Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on October 31, 2024.

JOSEPH FITZGERALD, age 42, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 4 months nor more than 36 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for one count of Retail Theft- Take Merchandise.

LINDSAY CRON, age 41, of Hawley, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of DUI and Bad Checks.

MARK LAVELLE, age 65, of Waymart, PA was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for one count of DUI- Controlled Substance Metabolite.

ROSS HARING, age 46, of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 6 months on one count of Unsworn Falsification- Statement Under Penalty.

SCOTT MONTORO, age 53, of Branchburg, PA was sentenced to 5 days of incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by being placed on probation for a period of 6 months less 5 days on one count of DUI.

NADIA ELHADDAD, age 36, of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

EDISON SANTIAGO, age 48, of New Haven, CT was sentenced to no less than 72 hours nor more than 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of DUI.
