EQUINUNK, PA — On November 16, at approximately 10:48 p.m., an unidentified driver in a dark Subaru Outback arrived at Sohi Service Station in Equinunk.
The unidentified driver dumped 11 bags of trash in the parking lot next to Sohi dumpster before leaving the area.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Honesdale at 570-253-7126.
