DINGMANS FERRY, PA — On Sunday, March 1, the community is invited to join Pocono Environmental Education Center staff on a sweet hike to the Two Saps Sugar Shack, where attendees will learn how to turn sap into maple syrup. 

Hikes start at 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

The adventure ends with a fresh, hot pancake breakfast.
