The Wayne County District Attorney’s Office is attempting to locate Anthony J. Fox, who is wanted by the Wayne County Detectives for one count of Theft by Deception, a felony 3rd degree.

An arrest warrant was issued for Fox for an incident that took place in Dyberry Township, Wayne County, PA. Fox is described as a white male, 5’11” tall and approximately 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He possibly resides in either Nanticoke or Wilkes-Barre, both in Luzerne County.

The Wayne County Detectives have been attempting to arrange for Fox to turn himself into authorities, however, he never cooperates.
