The Wayne County District Attorney’s Office is attempting to locate Anthony J. Fox, who is wanted by the Wayne County Detectives for one count of Theft by Deception, a felony 3rd degree.
An arrest warrant was issued for Fox for an incident that took place in Dyberry Township, Wayne County, PA. Fox is described as a white male, 5’11” tall and approximately 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He possibly resides in either Nanticoke or Wilkes-Barre, both in Luzerne County.
The Wayne County Detectives have been attempting to arrange for Fox to turn himself into authorities, however, he never cooperates. Anyone with information regarding Fox’s whereabouts is asked to contact Wayne County Chief Detective Hower at (570) 253-5970, extension 2255. If you see Fox, please contact your local police department or call 9-1-1.
