GLEN SPEY, NY — Returning after a successful debut last year, “Secrets of the Dark Forest” invites guests on an intimate, lantern-lit journey through the mysterious history of Burn Brae Mansion and its surrounding grounds on Saturday, October 31 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The guided walk follows a hidden path past the Hall of Pines, Charles Elkin’s historic bottling works and the mysterious tale of an unmarked grave before arriving at Glen Spey Cemetery, the final resting place of the mansion’s original owners.

The evening also features a Halloween-inspired menu curated by award-winning food artist Kim M. Simons, Angel Card readings by Lily, and a limited-edition souvenir for each guest. Attendance is limited to 50.

“October is our time,” said Andy Russ, president of Dark Forest Creations and co-owner of Burn Brae Mansion. “With Halloween falling on a Saturday this year, we have a month-long schedule of spine-tingling activities planned, including our eerily educational Secrets of the Dark Forest tour—a tour we debuted last year with great success.”

Tickets for all events are limited and expected to sell quickly. For details and reservations, visit www.BurnBraeMansion.com or call 845/856-3335.
