HARRIS, NY — Garnet Health Medical Center - Catskills will host “From Pregnancy to Parenthood,” a free educational event designed to provide expecting and new parents with helpful information and resources as they prepare for parenthood. It will take place Wednesday, November 11, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Garnet Health Medical Center - Catskills, Harris Campus Board Room in 68 Harris Bushville Road.

Learn about infant CPR. 

Review proper car-seat safety practices.

Receive valuable information to keep your growing family safe and healthy.

“Preparing for a new baby can be an exciting time, but it can also come with a lot of questions,” said Garnet Health community health manager Delilah Socci, who is coordinating the event. “‘From Pregnancy to Parenthood’ provides expecting and new parents with an opportunity to connect with local health care professionals, learn important information and feel more prepared as they begin this next chapter.”
