MONTICELLO, NY — United in a shared hope for peace, Neighbors in Faith gathered in front of the Monticello courthouse on October 18 for a Pray for Peace prayer circle. Guided by “Strength Through Connection,” this interfaith group brings people of different faith traditions together to build understanding and compassion. Participants from St. John’s Episcopal Church, Temple Shalom, the Monticello and Jeffersonville United Methodist churches, St. Peter’s in Monticello and the wider community joined their voices in prayer for peace in our neighborhoods and around the world.
