NARROWSBURG, NY — On Sunday, November 8, the Upper Delaware Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (UDUUF) will present “Don’t Postpone JOY: A rollicking and reflective exploration of the transformative power of JOY,” a program by guest speaker and River Reporter columnist Sandy Long.

Have you been hauling around a heavy wagon of woe? Is your heart deeply troubled by the times? Join Long, the River Talk columnist, poet and photographer, for a joyful mashup of music, song, poetry, reflection and more. Lighten your load with laughter. Sing along, or just listen and be swept away by the joyful energy we will generate. Come experience simple delight, let go of despair, and explore what it is like to spread light as we consider the promise and possibilities of joy.

The service begins at 10:15 a.m. in Room 102 of the Narrowsburg Union, 7 Erie Ave. All are welcome. The service is also available on Zoom (Meeting ID: 937 630 1223; passcode: 123).

The Upper Delaware Unitarian Universalist Fellowship is a lay-led Unitarian Universalist congregation serving the Upper Delaware River Valley.
