Mary Ann Westbrook Tabler of Beach Lake, PA, died peacefully after a 16-month battle with pancreatic cancer at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She was 59.

Born February 13, 1952, in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Dorothy Kunka Westbrook.

Mary was a certified nurse’s assistant at Julia Ribaudo in Lake Ariel, PA. It was her passion to care for others. Mary also loved and took great pride in her garden and flowers.

She is survived by her daughter, Julie Ann Katz of Honesdale; brother Colonel Mark Westbrook and wife Tammy of Toano, VA, stationed at Ft. Lee; niece Ashley Westbrook of Burke, VA.; longtime companion Duane Fenon of Hamlin, PA; and best friend Donna Yeckley of New Jersey.
