NARROWSBURG, NY — The Upper Delaware Council (UDC) will host a public presentation, “Wood, Coal and Water: Three Essentials that Changed the River Valley” by Glenn Pontier, on Thursday, November 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the UDC’s 211 Bridge St. office and virtually by Zoom.
Now retired, Pontier has been editor of the River Reporter and executive director of Sullivan Renaissance. He currently works as a docent at Fort Delaware Museum of Colonial History, talking about 18th-century medicine.
The UDC’s monthly business meeting that follows might include reports; discussion of old and new business; and public comments.
All UDC meetings are open to the public.
