No matter what political side you are on, the pace at which the national government is changing is mind-spinning. 

The consequences are vast and some aspects of life as we know it are falling apart.  It's overwhelming.

In speaking with people in the community, many say they are trying to stay focused on what they can control. Some are staring blankly. Some are experiencing moments of great resolve.

Either way, it's important to recognize the existence of both, in each of us. Fascillating between the two is, in my mind, the human experience.
