HONESDALE, PA — Jim Donnelly, president/CEO of Wayne Bank, announced that Wayne Bank has made a donation in support of the Cooperage Project.
Lisa Champeau, chair of the Cooperage Project Board of Directors, and Arrah Fisher, executive director of the Cooperage Project, accepted a check for $2,500 from Donnelly. The donation will help pave the pocket park, a project that has been in the works for some time. The project is a joint effort with AllOne Charities’ Collaborative Philanthropy Fund, and will make the park ADA-compliant.
Wayne Bank is a subsidiary of Norwood Financial Corp., Member FDIC, and is located in Honesdale. The bank has 33 branches serving counties in PA and New York.
The stock trades on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol – NWFL.
