HONESDALE, PA — Jim Donnelly, president/CEO of Wayne Bank, announced the promotion of Deborah “Deb” Kennedy to senior vice president and director of retail banking.
She has assumed the role following the retirement of Vinny O’Bell, the bank’s executive vice president and CLO, and the promotion of Steve Daniels, executive vice president and chief banking officer.
In this role, Kennedy will lead Wayne Bank’s branch network across Pennsylvania and New York, ensuring the bank’s continued delivery of service, while supporting the growth and development of its retail teams, the bank said. As Wayne Bank continues to bring PA and NY operations together as one retail organization, Kennedy’s “leadership will help guide operations successfully into the future.”
She lives in South Abington Township with her husband, John, and together they have three children and six grandchildren.
