Wayne Bank promotes five

HONESDALE, PA — Jim Donnelly, president/CEO of Wayne Bank, recently announced the promotions of Amanda Miller, Gary Steich, Cody Shauger, Brittney Romance and Alison Menotti.

Of Miller, Steich, Shauger and Romance, Donnelly said: “At Wayne Bank, we are lucky to have such a talented group of people leading our corporate headquarters,” said Mr. Donnelly. “Amanda, Gary, Cody and Brittney each bring a unique set of experience and skill to our main office, expanding our capability across the board. Our credit, management, collections, and lending operations are thriving because of the dedication and commitment from these core members of our Honesdale office and the teams they work with.”

Miller, promoted to senior credit analyst, joined Wayne Bank in 2002 and has contributed across multiple departments over the years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in information technology from Mansfield University and has over 20 years of banking experience.

Steich, promoted to retail collections manager, joined the bank in 2016 and “excelled in the bank’s Collections Department,” Wayne Bank said. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in business from Wilkes University. 

Shauger, promoted to bank officer and Main Street assistant community office manager, joined the bank in 2024 as a teller and has received multiple promotions. “His enthusiasm, adaptability and commitment to excellence have made him a valued leader in the bank’s Main Street office,” Wayne Bank said.

Romance, promoted to bank officer and consumer loan officer, joined Wayne Bank in 2019 and has earned multiple promotions “through her strong work ethic, customer focus and willingness to grow,” the bank said. Menotti was promoted to vice president, loan operations manager.

“Alison’s advancement reflects her long-standing commitment to Wayne Bank and her unwavering dedication to operational excellence,” said Donnelly. “Throughout her career with the bank, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, deep institutional knowledge and a genuine passion for serving our customers and communities.”

Menotti will run the loan-servicing team, develop and enhance internal systems, improve efficiencies and advance strategic initiatives, the bank said.

She joined Wayne Bank in January 2008 and has served as a teller, loan operations associate, operations supervisor and more.
