PHILLIPSPORT, NY — Ellenville High School graduate Leily O’Sullivan received the Phillipsport Community Center Scholarship and Community Service award before an overflow crowd at the July Music Night. In addition to her stellar academic record, O’Sullivan has logged more than 100 hours of local community and charitable activity during her senior year. She will continue her studies at Bard College this fall.

The PCC has awarded scholarships to high-achieving and community-active high school seniors for more than a decade. “It’s the PCC’s great pleasure to reward deserving Ellenville seniors for their good work and commitment to our local community,” said PCC president Bob Speziale. “Award recipients exhibit and exemplify a high standard of personal discipline and civic engagement.”
