I am writing to help Tim Dymond get elected as Sullivan County sheriff. I have known Tim for many years. Tim would be an excellent sheriff. He is a dedicated father, coach and outstanding member of our community.  Tim was my great-grandson's coach and the lessons he taught will stay with him through the years as an athlete and student, as well as in his future. 

Tim’s accomplishments speak for themselves. His detective background, knowledge in law enforcement and his ability to take initiative will overpower any negative opinions and bring politics to a new level of honesty and decency. With Tim as sheriff, the devastating narcotic dilemma will be taken seriously. He will work hard to eliminate drugs such as heroin, cocaine and all illicit substances. 

Our community needs someone like Tim to fight to make our town safe, especially for our youth. I have seen him with his family and at school events; he is always fair and has a strong concern for the education and long-term goals of our children. 

I see that Tim will be sensitive and passionate about all our concerns and fears. I am a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and I see how difficult it is to keep our children safe and focused. There are so many distractions, easily attainable drugs and vapes within their reach. 

There have been many changes in my life. Whether it has been illness, loss or constant struggle, I have made it through with my strong faith and devotion to what I feel is right. 

It is time for a change in Sullivan County, and Tim is the change. He will make a difference and will work tirelessly with his staff to keep us safe. I believe Sullivan County will get the structure it has needed for some time. 

There are many aspects that affect a government position, such as integrity, intellect, dedication and hard work. I am confident that Tim will be able to handle and negotiate with confidence. 

In closing, my write-in vote for Tim Dymond is important and necessary. I have complete faith in his principles and values. We want an honest and candid sheriff, and that is Tim Dymond. Without a doubt, I recommend him as Sullivan County sheriff.
