HONESDALE, PA  — The Honesdale VA Outpatient Clinic, part of Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers, was recently recognized as having the highest Patient Satisfaction scores in its entire Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN).

The network, VISN #4, includes nine VA campuses, 46 outpatient clinics and 16 Veteran centers covering 82 counties. It provides health care services to over 335,000 patients across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and parts of Ohio, West Virginia, New York and New Jersey—this includes 4,076,119 outpatient visits.
