Thirty members of the Wayne County Democrats came out in support of the local Habitat for Humanity fundraising event—Beat the Winter Blues BBQ—at 6th & River in Honesdale on February 7.  

Attendees had a wonderful evening while raising funds for Habitat’s mission to provide decent housing for those in need in the local community.   

Habitat for Humanity is a cause near and dear to Wayne County Democrats, since it was a cause championed by former Wayne County Democratic Committee Chair, the late Mark Graziadio.  In addition to his many other contributions to the people of Wayne County, Mark served as president of Habitat for Humanity for many years.

Thank you to the Habitat for Humanity volunteers for their tireless effort for the community and organizing this event for all to enjoy while supporting a noble mission.
