GOSHEN, NY — Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone, LLP (BSF&B) announced that four of its partners have once again been recognized among the top attorneys statewide with their inclusion in the 2025 Upstate New York Super Lawyers list. Honored this year are managing partner Michael S. Blustein and partners Richard J. Shapiro, Gardiner Barone and William A. Frank.

Selection for the list is made annually on a state-by-state basis through a patented, multiphase process that includes peer nominations, independent research and evaluation across 12 indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition. Only five percent of attorneys in each state are chosen.
