MILFORD, PA — The Ecumenical Food Pantry of Pike County and Good Shepherd Episcopal Church invite all to a free community lunch at Good Shepherd Parish Hall (corner of W. Catharine and 5th Streets) on Thursday, October 15, and every third Thursday of the month, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On offer is a delicious meal, a chance to connect with neighbors, and a time to engage in friendly conversations, the Ecumenical Food Pantry said. “Bring a friend or come solo and meet new friends.”

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with coffee and tea; lunch is served from noon to 1 p.m.

Everyone is welcome; no registration is needed and there is no cost to attend.

This monthly gathering is one way the pantry and the church fulfill their commitment to their community outreach program, the food pantry said.
