HONESDALE — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on March 6, 2025:

• MICHELE KOMINSKI, age 56, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to 10 days incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by probation for a period of 60 months on one count of DUI.
• ETHAN MAINES, age 44, of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to no less than 12 months nor more than 84 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
• CHRISTOPHER MCINTOSH, age 44, of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to no less than 72 months nor more than 180 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Dissemination of Photos/Film of Child Sex Acts, one count of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.
• PATRICK TEEPLE, age 34, of Jermyn, PA was sentenced to no less than 5 days incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by probation for a period of 60 months on one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of DUI- Highest Rate- 2nd Offense.
• NATHANIEL BANGHART, age 22, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 15 months nor more than 60 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Facility on one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking- Movable Property.
• MICHAEL WALSH, age 46, of Peckville, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Disorderly Conduct- Engage in Fighting.
