HONESDALE — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on April 10, 2025:

CHARLES GREGO, age 36, of Plainview, NY was sentenced to a period of twenty-four (24) months on Probation for two (2) counts of Disorderly Conduct- Engage in Fighting and one (1) count of Criminal Mischief – Damage to Property.

DANIEL TROIANO, age 37, of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to no less than five (5) months nor more than twenty-three and a half (23 ½) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by Probation for a period of twelve (12) months on one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, one (1) count of Careless Driving, one (1) count of Disorderly Conduct, one (1) count of Defiant Trespass and one (1) count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked.

WILLIAM PATTERSON, age 36, of Kunkletown, PA was sentenced to no less than six (6) months nor more than twenty-three and a half (23 ½) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of Unauthorized Use of Automobile and Other Vehicles.

EILEEN O’BRIEN, age 50, of Mayfield, PA was sentenced to a period of Probation for thirty (30) months on one (1) count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition.

WILLIAM MORRA, age 37, of Narrowsburg, NY was sentenced to a period of Probation for six (6) months on one (1) count of DUI- General Impairment/Incapable of Safe Driving.

JAMES KEENEY, age 53, Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to no less than fourteen (14) months nor more than sixty (60) months incarcerated in a State Correctional Facility on one (1) count of Possession with Intent to Deliver- Heroin.

KACI OLSON, age 44, of Wilkes-Barre, PA was sentenced to no less than three (3) months nor more than twelve (12) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of Retail Theft- Take Merchandise.

MARYANN CAGGIANO, age 68, of Waymart, PA was sentenced to a period of Probation for twelve months on one (1) count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one (1) count of DUI- Controlled Substance/Impaired Ability.
