HONESDALE, PA-  Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on December 19, 2024.

JOHN SEELEY, age 57, of Lake Ariel, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 60 months on one count of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol- Highest Rate.

JESSIE AUSTIN, age 59, of Honesdale, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 6 months on one count of DUI and one count of Driving Without a License.

TRACY WARFIELD, age 41, of Greentown, PA was sentenced to pay a fine of $100 on one count of Possession of Firearm/Other Dangerous Weapon in Court Facility.

THOMAS KOZMA, age 34, of Wethersfield, CT was sentenced to no less than three (3) months nor more than twelve (12) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize Another, one count of Simple Assault and one count of DUI.

EDWARD DELEMARRE, age 44, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than five (5) days nor more than twelve (12) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of DUI.

MARC YOUNG, age 50, of Honesdale, PA was placed on Probation for a period of twelve (12) months on one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked.

JASON HENNING, age 20, of Catawba, CT was sentenced to no less than one hundred ninety-seven (197) days (time served) nor more than twenty-three and one half (23 1/2) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Resisting Arrest/Other Law Enforcement and one count of Simple Assault.

ANGEL ROJAS-PUJOLS, age 19, of Hazleton, PA was placed on Probation for a period of twelve (12) months on one count of Tamper With/Fabricate Physical Evidence and one count of Driving Without a License.

ADAM COTTLE, age 38, of Spring Brook, PA was sentenced to no less than five (5) days nor more than twelve (12) days incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

BEST DAMN BUDS, LLC, was sentenced to pay a fine in the amount of $500 on one count of Deliver/Intent to Deliver Drug Paraphernalia.

BRYAN KIZER, age 36, of Greentown, PA was sentenced for no less than four (4) months nor more than eighteen (18) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count Tamper with/Fabricate Physical Evidence, one count of Possession of Controlled Substance and one count of Scatter Rubbish Upon Land/Stream.

JOSE ROCA, age 20, of Greentown, PA was placed on Probation for a period of eighteen (18) months on one count of Simple Assault.
