HONESDALE, PA —  Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on July 31, 2025.

MICHAEL YZKANIN, age 32, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than fifty (50) months nor more than one-hundred twenty (120) months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one (1) count of Arson- Endangering Persons, one (1) count of Arson- Endangering Property and one (1) count of Simple Assault.

JENNIFER SUTTON, age 57, of Scranton, PA was sentenced to no less than three (3) months nor more than eighteen (18) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of Arson and Related Offense.

BRIANNA FETTERMAN, age 28, was sentenced to no less than eight (8) months nor more than twenty-three and a half (23 1/2) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of Possession with Intent to Deliver, one (1) count of Possession of Controlled Substance and one (1) count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

ANDREW KRIVAK, age 48, of Newfoundland, PA was placed on Probation for a period of eighteen (18) months on one (1) count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.

RONALD HENDERSHOT, age 51, of Beach Lake, PA was sentenced to no less than forty-eight (48) hours nor more than six (6) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

DENNIS DUNNE, age 39, of Milford, PA was sentenced to no less than one (1) month nor more than twenty-three and a half (23 1/2) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one (1) count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition.

KEVIN DOUGHERTY, age 65, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to ninety (90) days incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by five (5) years of Probation on one (1) count of DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol.
