NEW YORK STATE — Josh Riley (NY-19) issued the following statement in response to the Trump Administration’s announced funding freeze on all federal grants and loans:
“The OMB’s directive freezing federal funding is complete bullsh*t. Upstate New Yorkers work hard and pay our taxes—the least we should expect in return is a government that doesn’t screw us over just to give more handouts to billionaires and big corporations. I’m fighting back. If you’re impacted and need help, please contact my office.”
Riley also announced he would open his first two district offices, located in Binghamton and Leeds. Constituents can visit the Binghamton office at 49 Court St., Suite 210, Binghamton, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or call 607/242-0200. The Leeds office is located at 49 Gilfeather Park Road, Unit 1, and is open by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 518/625-2100.Share your thoughts on conservation in Pike County
