TANNERSVILLE, PA — All are invited to meet various companies from Monroe County that are seeking employees aged 14 and up. A job fair takes place on Saturday, April 25 at Northampton Community College. While the event is called the Youth Job Fair, it is open to the public of all ages.

Even if a company is unable to hire a young person due to their age, the event is a great chance for them to practice their elevator speech and build confidence as they prepare to join the workforce, organizers said. Opportunities include positions in food services, hospitality, retail and social services.

Youth Empowerment Services (YES) will be present at the job fair and can help youth in securing a summer internship for six weeks with a business in Monroe County.
