LEHMAN TOWNSHIP, PIKE COUNTY - On December 5, 2024, at approximately 10:00 pm, Blooming Grove State Police officers were dispatched to a home in Lehman Township, Pike County, PA for a burglary in progress.

Brian Evan Madden, 56 years old of Bushkill, was hiding under the bed of a fifteen-year-old juvenile male and taken into custody. It was later learned that Madden was at the residence to have sex with the juvenile male.

Investigation revealed Madden and the juvenile have had a sexual relationship since the spring of 2023 when the juvenile was thirteen years of age. Madden also had sexually explicit photos and videos of both him and the juvenile on his cell phone.

Madden was charged with Child Pornography, Statutory Sexual Assault, and other felony related crimes. Madden was arraigned with bail set at $350,000.00.
