MILFORD, PA — Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin announced charges against a Pike County woman for unlawful contact with a minor.
Detectives from the District Attorney’s Office Criminal Investigation Division charged Ashley Hall-Stoll, age 35, of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania with the charges of unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility, criminal attempt to disseminate explicit sexual materials to minors, criminal solicitation to disseminate explicit sexual materials to minors, all felonies, corruption of minors, and obstruction in child abuse cases, both misdemeanors.
According to the affidavit of probable cause supporting the charges, Detectives at the District Attorney’s Office obtained information from a child line report. During the investigation, at an interview at Dickson House Children’s Advocacy Center, a minor reported that Hall-Stoll was asking the minor to watch her perform oral sex on her partner via Facebook messenger.
Once Hall-Stoll sent the message, she immediately deleted her messages to the minor. In an interview by detectives, Hall-Stoll admitted that she asked the minor to watch her perform oral sex on her partner. The investigation revealed the partner of Hall-Stoll is a registered sex offender.
Hall-Stoll was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Cristin Cavallaro who set bail at $ 175,000.00. Hall-Stoll was taken to Pike County Correctional Facility in lieu of posting bail.
Hall-Stoll will face a court appearance in Pike County Central Court on March 4, 2025.
