MILFORD, PA ― Pike County Board of Elections Office recognized two Pike County residents at the September 3, 2025 Commissioners’ Meeting for their dedication to civic engagement with their induction into the Pennsylvania Voter Hall of Fame. This distinction is reserved for individuals who have voted in every November election for at least fifty consecutive years.
This year’s inductees are Jo Ann M. Rose and James Bohnert.
Their names will be recorded in the state’s Voter Hall of Fame database. Each honoree received commemorative certificates from both the Governor and Representative Jeff Olsommer, commending this remarkable achievement.
“It has been my privilege to induct 62 Pike County voters into the Pennsylvania Voter Hall of Fame over the last few years,” said Nadeen Manzoni, Pike County Board of Elections Director. “These voters should serve as an inspiration to all of us to consider voting a priority and our civic duty as Americans. Participating in our elections is crucial to our democracy.”
Rose and Bohnert join a select group of only 86 Pike County residents who have received this honor.
